I'm a Leadership Coach and Author. If you don't know my story, then let me quickly fill you in. In 2013, I purchased a commercial studio space to run my small business in Central Geelong. It belonged to a what is known as an Owners Corporation.

It turned into a multimillion-dollar money pit and practically destroyed my faith in the Owners Corporation Act 2006 (Victoria) and the systems around it that make it hard to resolve. I took a leadership role to bring our saga to a conclusion, but it has taken over 7 years to resolve. It has been the most difficult experience of my life. And this is why I've dedicated a page on my website to it.

I hope if you are struggling like I was, that you find this page to give you some comfort. It's a bit of a brain dump all the information I have learnt in this space, that I had to learn to get our situation moving towards a conclusion.
