I'm Leighanne Michelle, a Leadership Coach and Author passionate about empowering women to recognise and elevate their leadership skills in every aspect of their lives—whether in business, corporate settings, community efforts, or everyday life.

We are in an extraordinary time where the internet allows us to amplify our message and embrace heart-centred leadership. Often, we don't see ourselves as the leaders we truly are. But leadership isn’t confined to a title; it’s evident in the ways we contribute to our communities, businesses, and personal endeavours.

Whether you're a small business owner, a community leader, or someone aspiring to climb the corporate ladder, you are a leader. My goal is to help you step fully into that role, even if managing people isn't your natural strength.

With experience across a diverse range of industries—including roles at Commonwealth Bank, Oracle, Hewitt Associates, Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, Ernst and Young, Surf Coast Shire, and Metricon—I bring a wealth of knowledge and life experience to my coaching.

Since 2017, I’ve also successfully run my own businesses, including Day Flower Millinery, Coastal Soul Wellness, and now, Leighanne Michelle Coach.

In addition to my professional endeavours, I’ve held volunteer leadership positions with the Millinery Association of Australia and the Owners Corporation Belchers Corner. My coaching experience spans group sessions, individual coaching, and industry-specific training.

I’ve honed my skills through mentorships with The Health Leaders Co, Denise Duffield Thomas, Leonie Dawson, and Destiny Pursuit. I’m also a competitive ballroom dancer, adding a unique dynamic to my approach.
